Dental Insurance

 

All Dental Insurances works at Perry Dental Solutions, except the HMO type.

Every employer plan has different rules and provides a different level of coverage.  Some dental treatments are covered at 100%, some at 80% and some at 50%.  We have found that with most employer plans, the true percentage rate of coverage varies greatly from what you are told by your HR department.  We will work with you to determine what benefits are provided by your plan and how to make the dental treatments you need, affordable, within your budget.

We are Preferred Providers (PPO) for the following Dental Insurance Companies or Networks:

Payment is due at your visit.  We accept cash, check, money orders, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa

If you have dental insurance, we will provide an estimate of what your balance will be after your dental insurance company has provided payment.  

Your estimated portion is due at your visit.  If a balance exists after your dental insurance has provided payment, that, also, is your responsibility to pay.

Payment Plans are available through CareCredit Healthcare Finance and through Chase Health Advantage.
