Fees
The fees at Perry Dental Solutions are based on several factors.
- First, we utilize the latest, most effective and efficient techniques with the highest quality materials available in dentistry today.
- Second, we believe education is a high priority. We participate in a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education per person per year, which is twice the amount required by the State of Ohio.
- Third, we provide individually tailored treatments that meet your needs and desires.
- Fourth, all work performed at Perry Dental Solutions is guaranteed. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.
- Finally, we are not controlled by any other entity or company which is not licensed to practice dentistry by the State of Ohio. As your dental health care provider, we always have your best interest in mind.
Billing and Payment Options
In an effort to stabilize our fees by reducing our billing costs, we respectfully request payment at the time the service is rendered. If you have dental insurance, we accept as partial payment, any benefits they might provide on your behalf.
We request that all deductibles, co-payments and patient portions be met at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money orders, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We utilize several financing options that could provide smaller monthly payments to fit your budget.
Insurance
We accept all insurances that do not restrict your choice as a dental consumer. We will research and explain your contract benefits for your convenience.

Dental insurance is a contract purchased by you and/or your employer to benefit you and your family. Please be advised that Perry Dental Solutions is not participant in those contracts. Therefore, our standard
fees may, at time, be somewhat higher or lower that what an insurance company terms "Usual, Customary and Reasonable" (UCR).
While dental offices across the country must adjust their fees annually as changes occur in the cost of living, most insurance companies are at least five years behind in their UCR fee schedules.
These UCR fee schedules are kept confidential.
